Absolutely awful. For starters, the card readers weren’t working. Then, you have to hunt for a working vacuum stall. 2 had coins stuck and 2 others had the nozzle broken off. Finally found a functioning vacuum only to have a coin slip to the side within the machine and not register, losing the coin. Finally, after trying both bays, had 5 dollars stolen in coins from SIX different dispensers that did not dispense anything at all. This is free money for a negligent, terrible owner. With so many other options, go somewhere else.

One of the car wash was not working but still took payment from my card. I thought it would just cancel the transaction but it went through. I wonder how many people did the same and got scammed out of their money. No way to contact the business or get a refund. Now I need to report for suspicious activity and lock my card and wait for a new card. I basically paid to be inconvenienced. Don't go here.

This place was my go-to for years since it's literally next to my pad. But recently the drive through washing machine especially, the newer one have been not working. As a result, I've lost my money to it. Its happened on 4 different occasions where I have put my credit card and I get charged yet the machine does not work. This time, it took my $8 dollars.. It would be nice if they could fix the issues or have someone available on site to assist and check the machines when stuff like this happens because the number they have on file always goes to voice-mail or they don't return your call if you leave them a voice-mail. I'm very DISAPPOINTED. For now, i'm trying a different place until the issues are fixed... 👎

No personnel on site to help customers with issues and no answer when calling phone number listed. Added $5 which gave me 10 minutes to wash my car but at 3 minutes remaining water pressure completely diminished to only a stream of water. Added another $3 to see if that would help but water pressure was still just a stream of water. This caused the detergent to stick to my car as there was not enough water to properly rinse my car.

I went there with my small car. Arm at the automated was didn't come down to the hood or trunk, I thought maybe my car was too small. Then today I brought my other 2 vehicles, a car and a truck. Didn't work either. So I went to the other bay. Turns out that the bay closest to the street doesn't work. The inner bay does. Be careful, use inner bay only.
